Do I need prior experience to join?
No experience is needed! Our classes are beginner-friendly and our instructors will walk you through the basics, from proper form to pacing yourself during workouts.
Is this a contact or non-contact class?
Our Fitness Kickboxing classes are completely non-contact. You’ll hit heavy bags—not people—so you get all the benefits of martial arts without sparring or risk of injury.
How intense is the workout?
Each class is high-energy and scalable to your fitness level. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to level up, we’ll challenge you safely and effectively.
What should I bring or wear?
Wear breathable athletic clothing and supportive shoes. Bring a water bottle, a towel, and a positive attitude! We provide gloves and equipment, but you’re welcome to bring your own gear too.
Will this help with weight loss?
Absolutely. Many of our members burn 500–750+ calories per class. Combined with regular attendance and good nutrition, it’s one of the most effective workouts for fat loss and toning.
Can I go at my own pace?
Yes! You’re encouraged to modify or rest as needed. Our instructors are here to guide and motivate you, not push you beyond your limits. Progress happens at your pace.
